Personal data that we process
Short Stay at Home processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself, for example when you fill in a contact or registration form on the website, send us an e-mail, register for a newsletter, creating an account, an office profile or when using similar functions. Our systems also record the IP address of the internet connection of the device you used to visit our website.
Processing Purposes

The contact details of the house seeker will only be shared with the advertiser if you send a message to the advertiser yourself via the Short Stay at Home platform so that they can contact you. The advertiser is not obliged to do this.
The advertiser is responsible for the personal data of users it processes in the context of the Short Stay at Home platform for its own services. Short Stay at Home is not responsible for this processing and advises you to consult the privacy statement of the relevant advertiser. This information can usually be found on the advertiser’s website. - Financial administration
We process limited personal data (contact details of contact persons at advertisers) for the purposes of complying with our tax administration duties. This is done on the basis a legal obligation. - Complaints
Users can share complaints about other users with us. We will then need to process data related to the complaint, including where applicable the name of the complainant and the person to whom the complaint relates. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest and that of the complainant and the accused that the complaint is handled carefully. It may be necessary to share (information about) a complaint with third parties, such as a lawyer who requests information on behalf of the complainant. If complaints are shared, Short Stay at Home will try to anonymize them to protect the privacy of the complainant. - Illegal activities
